We are nearing the end of my May Fitness Challenge. I seriously cannot believe that May is almost over. And just a note, we will not have a link up tomorrow. Our final link up with be on Monday. I’m been really thinking about my fitness goals this month. I have slipped a little since moving to Virginia. I think that’s just part of life. You have to be able to adapt to the changes around you. This challenge has ignited a fire in me. I am ready to be back on track and stay there.
I stared T25 yesterday. I have done research and decided this would be a great program for me. It’s 25 minutes a day for 5 days a week. This piggybacks on my #20×31 challenge. I can definitely squeeze in 25 minutes even on busy days. I am very excited and motivated for this challenge. Changing up your routine is great for your body and also your mind. I don’t know about you but whenever I go into something new, the excitement definitely motivates me.
I want to know your plans for June. Any new fitness programs you have going on? Will you be training for anything? I still haven’t given up on my goal to run a 10k this year. I need to find a training plan that I really like and get it going. Any suggestions?
