I was given a complimentary tank top in exchange for my honest review. All thoughts and opinions are my own.
If there is one thing I love it’s a cute workout tank. Tanks are my go to top for working out. When I found Fierce & Fabulous on Etsy I just had to have one of their tops. But how could I choose which one? They are all so fabulous. I finally decided on Lunges & Lipgloss in neon pink. Everything looks better in neon right?!
This shirt isn’t only super cute, it’s so soft. The material is great. It’s nice and lightweight. You have to see the color in person. It’s the perfect pink. And if the saying “Lunges & Lipgloss” isn’t you for some reason, Fierce & Fabulous has many different quotes and colors to choose from. They have something for everyone.
I get so many compliments when I’m wearing this tank. I love to workout but like to look girly at the same time. I think this shirt is just perfect at achieving that. I need more of these awesome tanks in my life!
You can flip from gym wear to errand wear by just slipping on a jacket! Visit Fierce & Fabulous and tell me what is your favorite tank top. Also go show them some social media love: Twitter, Facebook, & Instagram They are giving my readers 10% off your order so you can have one of these fabulous tanks for yourself!! Use code BEASTMODE at checkout.
Today I am linking up with one of my favorite bloggers, Erin from Love, Fun and Football. She’s doing a fitness link up and I’m all in. We are talking goals for March. February was all about getting back into my routines. March I really want to hunker down and put some goals on the table. We are getting closer to spring people.
1. Get to the gym at least three times a week. – I am pretty much doing this already but it doesn’t hurt to get it on paper.
2. Lose 5 lbs. – I have about 10 -12 total that I’d like to lose. I think 1lb a week is a reasonable goal.
3. Run twice a week. – I’m thinking about running a 10K in April. I’m going to use the next couple weeks to gauge if it’s doable for me.
I am really hoping to rock March. I have also started a new morning routine. It’s something I have been thinking about for a long time. My fellow tribe member Cristina shared a podcast with me. It was very interesting and convinced me to take the plunge. Today is the third day and feel great. I have never been an early riser. I’m so thrilled with myself.
Don’t forget Thursday starts my March Vlog Link Up. I really hope you will join us!
What are your fitness goals for March? I want to know!
So this is a health & fitness blog right?! Well it’s more than that but you get the gist. I haven’t shared much of that department as of late. The winter was hard on my motivation. It was pretty nonexistent. I’ve also had some hormonal issues going on (nothing serious). It was all bad. Well I’m happy to report I’m back on track.
This month has been a great month in fitness for me. I’ve been hitting the gym about 3 times a week and also doing PiYo at home. My energy has spiked. Before I felt very lethargic and just unwell. Lately I feel great. Feeling this great is an awesome motivator.
Let’s talk diet. I like to eat. I love to snack. I’m slowly getting back into my clean eating habits. Remember great abs are made in the kitchen. No matter how much you workout, it does not matter if you are filling up with garbage. I will call this a work in progress for me. I’m getting there.
I recently tried Bulletproof coffee. Have you tried? It’s basically coffee blended with coconut oil and grass fed butter. OMG! The first time I had it I felt like the energizer bunny. Everything was in fast forward. I rounded up the boys and we went straight to the gym. I had to get the energy out. Overall I like it. It’s a great energy boost for gym days.
So that’s my health and fitness update. How are looking in this department? I want to know!
