We love Italian food in our house. We love to eat or “Mangia” as the Italians say. Dinner time should be an experience. Good food and good company are what makes great memories. While I’m making dinner I usually turn on the music and have a glass of wine. I really put love into my cooking. It’s something I enjoy doing. A tried and true favorite of ours is the Bertolli Classic Meals. They come together very quickly and are delicious.
In the summertime we love to eat outside. If you’ve been around this blog long enough you know that we love the outdoors. There is nothing better than enjoying a delicious dinner with the warmth of the sun on your face. Some of our best dinners have been outside on the patio. There is a certain fun ambiance to it that I really enjoy.
When cooking Bertolli Meals they take the work out of dinnertime for me. I can pop one on the stove and in just minutes dinner is on the table. You can find them in the freezer section at Kroger. They have many different varieties to choose from. I came up with a recipe for mozzarella stuffed meatballs to accompany our meal. It’s like a party in your mouth with all the great flavor combinations and the ooey gooey cheese.
These stuffed meatballs are very easy to make. An easy dinner leaves more time to enjoy your company. I use ground turkey but you can also use ground beef. I sneak in spinach to get more veggies into my boys. For a little added flavor I sprinkle in sun dried tomatoes. The mozzarella in the middle is just the icing on the cake. These flavors all come together great. I paired them with the Bertolli Chicken Margherita.
Find Bertolli items at some of the lowest prices of the year in a Kroger or Kroger banner store near you. Kroger banners include Fred Meyer, Smiths, Frys, Dillions, King Soopers, City Market, and QFC. Find a store near you.
