My smoothie recipe only has 5 ingredients. It tastes delicious. It is not super sweet which I really like. Sometimes smoothies can get to sweet for me. I have found that adding avocados to my smoothies cuts down on the sweetness and gives it a nice creamy texture. This recipe is simple and nutritious and will keep you full until lunch time.
