If there is one thing we love around here it’s grilling. We just bought a new grill and it makes life even better. We have even been known to grill in the snow. There is just something about the smokey deliciousness infused into the food. Nom Nom.
I’m going to share my Hawaiian Kabobs. John loves pineapple. This is the perfect combination of savory and sweet. It even has a little kick to it.
Kabobs are so simple. Here’s what you need:
Caribbean Jerk or Hawaiian Marinade
Veggies of your choice
Pineapple (save the juice)
Cube your chicken and let it marinade for at least 30 minutes. Cut up your veggies. You can put everything on skewers if you want a great presentation. If you are in a hurry or just don’t want to mess with the skewers you can make them deconstructed. Grill the chicken, veggies and pineapple. When everything is almost done toss it with the pineapple juice. Serve immediately.
These kabobs are so good. You can thank me later.
