Today I am linking up with one of my favorite bloggers, Erin from Love, Fun and Football. She’s doing a fitness link up and I’m all in. We are talking goals for March. February was all about getting back into my routines. March I really want to hunker down and put some goals on the table. We are getting closer to spring people.
1. Get to the gym at least three times a week. – I am pretty much doing this already but it doesn’t hurt to get it on paper.
2. Lose 5 lbs. – I have about 10 -12 total that I’d like to lose. I think 1lb a week is a reasonable goal.
3. Run twice a week. – I’m thinking about running a 10K in April. I’m going to use the next couple weeks to gauge if it’s doable for me.
I am really hoping to rock March. I have also started a new morning routine. It’s something I have been thinking about for a long time. My fellow tribe member Cristina shared a podcast with me. It was very interesting and convinced me to take the plunge. Today is the third day and feel great. I have never been an early riser. I’m so thrilled with myself.
