So this is a health & fitness blog right?! Well it’s more than that but you get the gist. I haven’t shared much of that department as of late. The winter was hard on my motivation. It was pretty nonexistent. I’ve also had some hormonal issues going on (nothing serious). It was all bad. Well I’m happy to report I’m back on track.
This month has been a great month in fitness for me. I’ve been hitting the gym about 3 times a week and also doing PiYo at home. My energy has spiked. Before I felt very lethargic and just unwell. Lately I feel great. Feeling this great is an awesome motivator.
Let’s talk diet. I like to eat. I love to snack. I’m slowly getting back into my clean eating habits. Remember great abs are made in the kitchen. No matter how much you workout, it does not matter if you are filling up with garbage. I will call this a work in progress for me. I’m getting there.
I recently tried Bulletproof coffee. Have you tried? It’s basically coffee blended with coconut oil and grass fed butter. OMG! The first time I had it I felt like the energizer bunny. Everything was in fast forward. I rounded up the boys and we went straight to the gym. I had to get the energy out. Overall I like it. It’s a great energy boost for gym days.
So that’s my health and fitness update. How are looking in this department? I want to know!
