Announcing June’s link up! I present to you Fitness 5 on Friday. Every Friday this month I will be asking you 5 health and fitness related questions. I want to learn more about you and your journey. I’m hoping this link up will allow us all to learn more and keep moving. We will use the hashtag #F5onF. I hope you all will join in!
