I am so excited to bring you the May Fitness Challenge! I have been thinking about it for awhile. This winter really got me. It was my first real winter in 5 years. All I wanted to do was hibernate. Well, it’s time to wake up! I’m getting back into my normal routines. I’d love for you to come along on my journey.
What is it? I am challenging all of us to 20 minutes of physical activity EVERY day. Yep, no rest days. It’s only 20 minutes and it’s great for your heart. I think everyone can agree that 20 minutes a day is completely doable. Obviously if you can do more than that’s awesome! This challenge is designed to get us moving every single day in May. It can be 20 minutes of walking, dancing, cleaning your house, etc. Anything that gets you moving!
Who’s on board? I have some awesome ladies helping me. I reached out to three of my favorite health and fitness bloggers. These ladies have been inspirations to me personally. I know you will love them! On my team is Samantha, Carley, and Anna. If you don’t know them already go show them some love.
How does it work? I will have a link up every Friday so we can post about our week in fitness. It will help keep us motivated in the challenge. It will also be an update on how the challenge is going. It’s going to be open ended meaning your post can be whatever you’d like as long as it’s inspired by the challenge. We will also be posting daily on social media using the hashtag #20X31.
What’s in it for me? Glad you asked! I’m hoping it will help give you the push you need to get moving. I know I’ve heard from multiple people that they need to get back into their groove.
