Another awesome week under my belt! This is my first week following the new HFF format. Here goes nothing!
I picked up It Starts with Food at the library. I have been researching Whole 30 for awhile now. I’m almost done with the book and I am completely sold! If you have not read this book you need to. It will seriously change the way you think about food. Not in a “oh that’s gross I’ll never eat again” kind of way but in a truthful lay it all out there way. I’m going to start Whole 30 after next weekend. I have a family wedding to go to and I don’t want to sabotage myself.
Monday John and I played tennis. He recently got me started. I am awful. But I have a great time spending some QT doing healthy activities with the hubs. Every other day I hit the gym for some elliptical time. I know I need to do weights but I’m just not into it right now. I’m perfectly okay with sticking to my cardio. I’ll slowly start adding weights back in next week.
Wow, think. Actually right now I’m typing this post as a way to distract myself from what’s on my mind. I got a very interesting call from John and let’s just say it’s life changing. In a good way. I can’t talk specifics yet because I don’t have any. I’ll be sure to share more info with you when I get it myself. Isn’t it so hard to just go about your normal business when something big is a brewin?!
