Guess who’s back, back again. Jen’s back tell a friend. I’m back for good this time! And I’m back with a vengeance. I’m ready to kick these extra pounds to the curb. I got back into my routine on Wednesday. It felt awesome to make it to the gym and eat super clean. I don’t know why I let myself slip. I know we all do it. It just really p’s me off that I work my tush off then sabotage myself.
I am toying with the idea of trying Paleo or Whole 30. Any of you have experience with either? I have wanted to try it for awhile now. The only thing holding me back was John. I really didn’t want to cook two dinners. He also doesn’t like it when I try out diets. So since he’s not here (miss you boo!) now is the perfect chance. I’ve been experimenting with recipes this week. If I find something I really like I’ll be sure to share!

My gym schedule is a bit different now. Last year Nathan started school at 9. I would always do the 9:45 classes. Well now he starts at 8:15 so I’m at the gym by 8:45. I need to figure out the class schedule and see if they offer anything at that time. Yes, technically I could do 2 hours at the gym but I feel bad leaving Logan in childcare that long. This week I just did my own thing. All cardio, I wasn’t feeling weights. Next week I’ll get back to strength training.
