John rocked his first 10k on Saturday. The wilds and I unfortunately could not go. It was super early in the morning. And my cousin was in town and we had to take her to the airport. I'm so proud of him. He even PR'd! Way to go!!
How it is already February? We have a busy month ahead. My mom is hopefully coming to visit this month. We really miss her. She hasn't been to visit since August. Way too long! Uncle Tom is coming down to run the half with John at the end of the month. We haven't seen him in over a year. The wilds will be excited to have company.
My first 5k since December is quickly approaching. I'm a little worried since I haven't ran outside since. I've only ran on the treadmill. I need to sneak in some outside runs on John's days off. I'm sure I'll be fine I just want to do really well. This will be my first solo run! John is always such a great motivator. I'll have learn to motivate myself.
What's on your agenda this month? Any big plans for February?

Sounds like a fun month! I was hoping our February would be low key, but the month is filling up fast. I've got two concerts and two musicals, plus some fun stuff planned with the kids.
I just signed up for my first half marathon, so my February involves getting my butt back in gear with running!
I know your 5k will be fine. Yoga is actually really great cross training!
