I have been slacking a little bit with my health and fitness routines. I have fallen of the wagon with my healthy eating habits. And the only exercise I’ve been doing is Zumba twice a week. I am not sure what happened. I lost 10 lbs earlier this year. Once the hot weather rolled in I took a break from running.

Well it’s time to get back on the horse. The lovely Jen who blog over here challenged her readers. She challenged everyone to exercise every day for 30 days. It could be something as simple as walking around the block. Challenge accepted!
The challenge actually started a week ago. However, I was still on vacation. So I officially started on Monday. No more excuses. I have a mud run in less than 8 weeks. I need to seriously get my booty in gear! Along with the fitness I’ve got to get my eating back in check.
When I was on my weight loss kick I would drink a green smoothie everyday. I was also using Green SuperFood Powder. I stayed around 1200 calories a day. I need to get back to those habits. I felt great and looked even better.
So friends, please help keep me accountable. Any tips you’d like to share?
